ASPECT approached us to develop a brand identity that could support the evolution of their business across two distinct design offerings.

The brand spans two complementary divisions: ASPECT Homes, a curated collection of ready-made home designs, and ASPECT Designs, a bespoke design studio specialising in residential homes, landscapes and interiors.

The challenge was to create a visual identity that unified both brands under a single architectural language while clearly defining their individual roles. The result is a refined system grounded in restraint, proportion and clarity — drawing inspiration from architectural principles and contemporary residential design.

ASPECT Homes represents the curated home collection arm of the business, offering a range of thoughtfully designed residential plans ready to be adapted for modern living.

The identity for ASPECT Homes was designed to feel warm, aspirational and lifestyle-driven, positioning the brand within the world of refined residential design rather than traditional project home marketing.

The visual system for ASPECT Homes is designed to support the presentation of curated home collections in a way that feels refined, approachable and aspirational.

A restrained typographic hierarchy creates clarity across printed materials and marketing collateral, allowing architectural imagery and layouts to remain the primary focus. The ASPECT monogram appears subtly throughout the system, reinforcing brand recognition while maintaining a minimal aesthetic.

The palette leans into soft natural tones and warm neutrals, paired with premium print finishes that elevate brochures, home collections and showroom materials.

Together, these elements create a calm and considered visual language that reflects the idea of homes designed for modern living.

The identity for ASPECT Designs carries a more architectural tone, emphasising precision, proportion and clarity. Minimal layouts and refined typography reinforce the studio’s design expertise while maintaining a clear connection to the broader ASPECT brand system.

Typography is used with greater restraint, allowing generous whitespace and balanced layouts to echo the principles of architectural design.
